Stage 1 Filter

Pre-filters are manufactured of the highest quality non-shedding synthetic fibers for a long, maintenance-free service life and high dirt loading capacities. 

Stage 2 Filter

The 55% ASHRAE filter provides protection for the HEPA filter and this stage is required by JCAHO for hospital or other healthcare facility construction or renovation. 

Stage 3 Filter

The third stage is a HEPA filter with an starting and operating efficiency of 99.97% @ 0.3 micron (the mpps – most penetrating particle size).  It is virtually 100% efficient on larger particles and smaller particles down to 0.001 micron.  It captures smaller particles by a process termed “Brownian Diffusion”.

Biological, Chemical and Particulate Filtration Systems 

These BioSecurity Systems goes a step further than air filtration systems.  It offers a unique air cleaner, incorporating HEPA filtration, anti-microbial UV elements and a catalytic reaction chamber with our patented "brick" gas filters, the combination of which causes a catalytic reaction that captures and kills bacteria, captures toxic gases and filters hazardous particulate.

Stage 1

Pre-filters are manufactured of the highest quality non-shedding synthetic fibers for a long, maintenance-free service life and high dirt loading capacities.

Stage 2

A HEPA filter provides high efficiencies up to 99.97% @ 0.3 micron @ 500, 2,000 and 4,000 cfm.  An optional HEPA filter is available.

Stage 3

The first stage of anti-microbial UV elements kill most of the bacteria and mold passing through the unit, thereby offering the most effective method available for eradicating these dangerous health problems.

Stage 4

The Catalytic Reaction ChamberTM is the most effective method available for removing toxic gases, ozone and organic vapors discharged from building materials, office equipment, furnishings and the external environment. The chamber contains our patented bonded "brick" gas media noted for low resistance and cleanliness.

Stage 5

A second set of anti-microbial UV elements kills any residual bacteria or mold.

Stage 6

Chemical polishing filter to remove any missed toxic gases.
