AirShield™
negative pressure air purification systems (APS) provide
medical-grade* cleansing for
airborne infectious isolation rooms (AIIR) and other AIA designated
healthcare negative pressure “critical care” areas. They comply
with RoHS, Article 95, “Green”
equipment initiative. The AS500CG-NP (2’x 2’)
or the AS900CG-NP (2’x 4’) are ceiling mounted units
designed to capture/remove airborne micro-contaminants including;
bacteria, viruses, mold spores, dust and other organic/inorganic
particulates or pathogens. |
Positive Pressure

AirShield™
HEPA positive pressure air purification systems (APS) provide
medical-grade* air cleansing
for surgical suites and protective environment rooms and other positive
pressure “critical care” areas. They comply with RoHS,
Article 95, “Green”
equipment initiative. The AS500CG-PP (2’ x 2’)
and AS900CG-PP (2’ x 4’) are ceiling mounted, vertical laminar
flow systems. They are designed to provide ultra-pure air free of
micro-contaminants including; bacteria, viruses, mold spores and
organic/inorganic particulate which may bypass house air handler (AHU)
filters. |

HEPA
aerobiological purification systems provide
medical-grade* air cleansing
with 21st. century technologies. They comply with RoHS,
Article 95, “Green”
equipment initiative. The AS2000EG, AS3500EG
and AS5000EG is a minimally weatherized external roof
mounted in-line (ducted), HEPA air cleansing system. They are
designed to remove airborne micro-contaminants down to 0.01µm.
The “EG” series is ideal for exterior (roof or slab)
use. They are used generally for multiple room negative or positive
pressure environments or a single large areas. The units
incorporates a powerful motor/blower, a pleated antimicrobial ASHRAE
30% pre-filter, a certified 99.99% HEPA filter in a steel alloy
frame. They can also be utilized with small air handling
units. |

AS1000MG
|
AirShield™
mobile aerobiological purification systems provide innovative
concepts with 21st. century technology for resolution
of contaminated air. It complies with RoHS, Article 95, “Green”
equipment initiative. The AS1000MG is a
mobile, medical-grade*,
three-stage, HEPA air filtration system designed to
remove airborne micro-contaminants including; bacteria, viruses,
mold spores, dust, down to 0.01 μm., and specifically
H1N1, etc.
The system includes a powerful
motor/blower with reverse impellers, a pleated ASHRAE 30%
antimicrobial treated pre-filter, a certified 99.99%
HEPA filter and optionally four (4)
UV-C lamps generating
39,948 µ-wsec/cm˛ of
UV-C irradiation dosage to the capture side of the HEPA.
The AS1000MG is designed to be quickly convertible from a
recirculating system to a negative pressure device, by
unlatching the diffuser hood and connecting a flexible duct, to
an external room opening. |
