AirShield aerobiological purification systems provide innovative concepts with 21^st. century technology for resolution of contaminated air. They comply with RoHS, Article 95, “Green” equipment initiative. The AS1000MG is a mobile, medical-grade*, three-stage, HEPA air filtration system designed to remove airborne micro-contaminants including; bacteria, viruses, mold spores, dust, down to 0.01 μm., and specifically H1N1, etc. The new ergometrically designed, linear cone configured, diffuser grille allows for a more even dispersion of maximum airflow dynamics. The system includes a powerful motor/blower with reverse impellers, a pleated ASHRAE 30% antimicrobial treated pre-filter, a Certified 99.99% HEPA filter and optionally four (4) UV-C lamps generating 39,948 µw/sec/cm² of UV-C irradiation dosage to the capture side of the HEPA filter providing exceptional air cleansing ability and certified 100% total system efficiency.  This unit is ideal for large areas that require re-circulation of HEPA filtered air such as general waiting areas or the emergency waiting room.

Another large mobile unit available from MAS is our AS625M which can generate up to 625 CFM with its analog variable speed controller.  It’s a little smaller than the M series and is constructed of molded ABS high impact plastic offering greater resistance to dents, scratches, etc. The 28” x 16” footprint is a few inches smaller than the larger 1000MG. Because of its molded body construction it is a bit more expensive then our other mobile units.  The AS625M is available in only one color…a light tan/beige.
