HyperHEPA Performance
While conventional HEPA air cleaners on the market today don’t typically produce 99.97% clean air at 0.3 microns, this kind of efficiency is possible. The HealthPro takes the official 99.97% HEPA filter efficiency and applies it not only to the filter, but to the entire air cleaner. This is referred to as HyperHEPA performance and relies on four critical elements:

• High-efficiency pre-filter
• Cleanroom grade HEPA filter (U.S. patent pending)

HyperHEPA isn’t just hype. Here’s the real HyperHEPA difference: the air coming out of a HealthPro is 99.97% particle-free at 0.3 microns and larger. At that size range, with one million particles being drawn into a HealthPro air cleaner, less than 300 particles will emerge. In comparison, an air cleaner with an overall system efficiency of 70% will still have 300,000 particles in its so-called "clean" air flow.

HealthPro Captures the Smallest of Particles
While the efficiency of HEPA filters is traditionally measured at 0.3 microns, over 90% of all airborne particles in homes and offices are smaller than 0.3 microns. Most air cleaner manufacturers make no reference as to their efficiency for this important particle size range.

Our guarantee is simple: we guarantee that every HealthPro captures and retains at least 99.97% of all particles equal to or larger than 0.3 microns and at least 99% of all particles smaller than 0.3 microns. HealthPro Plus: For Asthma Sufferers

In addition to the filtration provided by the standard HealthPro model, the HealthPro Plus contains a gas phase filter for the control of gaseous contaminants and odors. The HealthPro Plus is especially recommended to asthma sufferers, since their respiratory systems are often sensitized to gaseous irritants, as well as allergens.

Advanced Controls
The unit provides five fan speed settings and a sophisticated filter monitoring system that calculates the remaining life of each individual filter. The unit also features an integrated timer and a remote control.

Especially designed for rooms where high concentrations of particles are a problem, the two stage F112A and the larger F113A use 99.97% efficient HEPA filters. Unobtrusive and quiet, these units are recommended for use inside offices, classrooms, meeting rooms, and other smaller spaces including a desktop.

Air circulation at speeds up to 300 CFM helps keep room air moving through the air cleaner. And thanks to an efficient 360° airflow pattern cleaner air is re-circulated throughout the room.  Reliability is built right in.  A tough Cycolac™ case shrugs off the bumps that come from everyday use.  The high efficiency, two-speed or three-speed (depending on the model) maintenance-free motor has sealed bearings, so it never requires additional lubrication .

Maintenance is a breeze. No tools are required to open the case and replace filters. The whole process can be done in a few minutes. What about situations where particles and odors are a problem? We say, “no problem!”  These units capture both.  The three-stage F112C and F113C use an outer 95% D. O. P. efficient hospital-grade filter to capture particles, and an inner CPZ ™ filter to capture gases, odors and volatile organic compounds (VOCs ).

The smaller unit moves air at up to 150 CFM; the larger unit up to 300 CFM. Both feature 360° airflow, a process that ensures cleaner air is re-circulated throughout the room.  These units are certified by Medical Air Solutions as medical grade air purification devices

Media air cleaners are rated according to their ability to capture particles 0.3 microns in size. Why? Because these are the most difficult to remove.  Honeywell HEPA filters are certified to be 99.97% D.O.P. efficient at capturing 0.3 micron particles.

But these are minimum ratings. Thanks to the laws of physics, our media filters are actually more efficient on particles smaller or larger than 0.3 microns. These high efficiencies remain over the useful life of the filter.

AS1000M Mobile Unit

AirShieldä aerobiological purification systems provide innovative concepts with 21^st. century technology for resolution of contaminated air. They comply with RoHS, Article 95 “Green” equipment initiative. The easy to use completely self contained AS1000M is a heavy duty mobile, medical-grade*, multi-stage HEPA filtration system designed to remove airborne micro-contaminants including; bacteria, viruses, mold spores, dust, etc. It meets and/or exceeds OSHA and CDC Tb guidelines to create or upgrade AIA defined AII (airborne infectious isolation) rooms.

It can be used for negative pressure or as a general area recirculating system such as ER waiting rooms, etc.  It can provide 12 ACH in a 4,250 cu. ft. room and has a small footprint saving floor space.

Each unit manufactured is individually tested and certified to meet product specifications before it can be shipped. The unit must achieve 99.99+% total system efficiency before being released for sale. Each unit is shipped with a certificate attesting to the precise efficiency of that unit as identified by it’s serial number. This model is ideal for large areas such as increasing surge capacity isolation wards or ER waiting rooms that require re-circulation of HEPA filtered air.

Access to filters is in the rear of the unit allowing for an aesthetically uncluttered looking system. A barrel slot key lock is required to gain access to this rear door, thus preventing unauthorized personnel from tampering with the system.  An internal integral safety switch de-energizes the unit when the access back door is opened.  The AS1000M is designed to be quickly convertible from a recirculating system to a negative pressure device via a 12 inch flanged collar assuring a comfortably quiet operating system (the larger the duct, the quieter the system).  There is no extra cost for this feature.
